DayCount is a date calculator and business days calculator. It counts the days between two dates (calendar days, weeks and days, months and days), counts working days excluding weekends and the public holidays of a country or US state, German Land, UK nation, Australian state or Canadian province, and finds the date that is N calendar or business days before or after a date. Every result lists the holidays it skipped, and the calendar view shows the range with weekends and holidays marked.

Limitations

• Results are informational. Court, filing and contract deadlines can follow special rules (court holidays, service days, emergency closures); always confirm with the governing rules
• Holiday data comes from the open-source date-holidays project and covers 1950 to 2200; one-off holidays declared at short notice may be missing
• Dates only: times of day and time-zone conversions are not handled
